The rate changes as RLC's rates change. The rate to buy rays is .10 right now as it may change as RLC’s rates change. (1000 rays would cost $100; 500 rays $50 )IT covers the fees PayPal charges and the fluctuation of the rate. It is still a better rate than u could get on PayPal before and the deal u can get the new service. Plus, I am faster :) My service from start to finish takes about less than five minutes.

The Buy rate is the same rate as RLC,(do not purchase about .075). plus a 4% and 15 rays per 500 in fees.

VIP Memberships are 375 rays OR $25 dollars. (and that is not a conversion rate it only refers to VIP membership) Or three Months for $55
