Y A P is a publication dedicated to expanding awareness and supporting all members of the RLC community. We are committed to excellence and integrity in an atmosphere of harmony and love. We do not endorse any particular segment of the population and strive to fairly express the views of all.

We offer our readers information on various subject matters for potentially educating those who are ready to make a difference in our community. We maintain the highest ethical standards and intellectual clarity in reporting community news remembering that the customer and community are Y.A.P.’s royal family whom it is our honor to serve.

We accept articles, artwork, and photography that are in accordance with our Mission. It is expected that all material will be submitted in "good faith" with no intent to mislead or harm others. It is the reader’s responsibility to make intuitive decisions that are right for them.
